I met Mark nearly three years ago when I dropped my puppy off at his house to start formal training. Mark came highly recommend and I was not disappointed when it came time to move my dog to an all-age pro.

Mark took my wild puppy, "Banjo", and turned him into an extremely stylish competitor. Banjo just turned three and he will be campaigned in the Open and Amateur stakes this spring. Banjo became qualified all-age just after his second birthday and has progressed nicely into his all-age work.

I believe Mark has a knack for instilling a solid foundation in a young dog that will allow them to transition easily into their more advanced training. Mark does not fall into the trap of rushing a young dog. Instead, he makes sure every step is done properly so you will never have to go back and fill in any holes.

In addition to being an outstanding young dog specialist for field trials, Mark is a hard-core waterfowler that understands what a great gun dog is and how to train them. I believe that Mark's appreciation for a truly fine duck dog is what makes him successful. I would recommend Delta Retrievers to the serious duck hunter or the serious field trialer.
